The Lounge is designed as a warm, welcoming setting for gathering and connection. Anchored by a full bar and surrounded by a mix of bar and soft lounge seating, as well as a communal dining table, the space can easily adapt to a range of formats, from intimate receptions and cocktail hours to small presentations or corporate events. A large-screen display allows for visual storytelling or presentations, while a garage-style door opens to a balcony overlooking 4th Street downtown, bringing in natural light and the energy of the city below. Comfortable yet refined, the Lounge offers a flexible environment that encourages conversation, collaboration, and celebration.
